- Under the supervision of the Inbound and Outbound Team Leads, responsible for receiving, putting away, rack installation, loading, and disposition of recyclable racks for Genie counterweight and weldments.
- Receive PO/Pick List from Outbound Team Lead. Follow counterweight SOP to ensure an error-free kitting and loading.
- Examine inbound shipment/materials for damages; report to Inbound Team lead for damages for liability and necessary repair/rework.

- Ready to be trained or cross-trained for other Inbound/Outbound team positions to back up team members during their absence.
- Inspect power equipment beginning and end of each working day, report to Inbound Team Lead for necessary repair or maintenance. POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will perform tasks associated with shipping, receiving, and the material handling process at RealTruck, including receiving shipments, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging orders and shipping products, primarily using powered industrial trucks.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Prepare product for movement throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping,
- Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified. Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assemble component parts into kits; packages and labels kits; enters kit data into WMS.
- Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order; stages inventory for shipment; loads trailers.
- Unload trailers; receives product, verifying accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
- Scan palletized product wraps and labels according to customer requirements and loads pallets onto trailers.
- Receives returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock.
- Trains other employees; maintains a clean and safe workspace; other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education and Experience
- Highschool Diploma required.
- 6-12 months of related experience and or training required.
- ·2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Previous forklift experience required
Required Licenses
- Driver’s license preferred.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Skilled in the use of a pallet jack, tape gun.
- Basic computer skills.

Job Position: Warehouse Associate
Brief Description
We are looking for warehouse associates with forklift experience with high attention to detail to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.
Essential Functions

- Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers

Job Requirements

- Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding

- Basic Mathematics Skills
- Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
