+ MSL must live in region, ideally near a major airport in WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, AZ, NM, orTX
+ Strong science/clinical background with advanced degree in a scientific field of study (PharmD, MD, PhD or advanced/Master's nursing degree)
+ Experience typically requires minimum of 2 years of related experience in clinical practice, academics, or pharmaceutical industry

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequent travel to site locations within assigned region by car or air with occasional domestic travel outside of region. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Pay scale $150,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on license and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to **15** % of the company bonus pool. **Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Support patients in the Eagle Pass area via in-person consults, telemedicine visits, and sponsored health events (i.e. pop-up clinics and community center screenings)
+ Work from our brand-new Patient Support Center
+ Champion a comprehensive, coordinated model of care to a mostly Medicare-aged population on a Medicare Advantage Plan
+ Collaborate with our contracted/affiliated practices, to educate providers on proper coding, risk adjustment metrics, capturing documentation, and adhering to quality protocols
+ Interview patients to ensure proper documentation and that all preventative screenings have been completed
+ Moonlighting options available after hours or during weekends for extra income

+ Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
+ Current Licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board
+ Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment

The salary range for this role is $04,500 to 156,000 per year based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
