Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location : Onsite -8501 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative intake of members
  • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
  • Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles
  • Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
  • Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, in any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the health care industry and with health care insurance
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
  • Clerical or administrative support background
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
