Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients in a non-emergency setting using company vehicles (wheelchair van or gurney van).
Assist patients in and out of vehicles, including those with mobility impairments.
Operate vehicle equipment including lifts, ramps, restraints, and oxygen as needed.
Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor at all times.
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, dispatch, and medical staff.
Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while following assigned schedules and routes.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manager of Education - Medical Transport is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the EMS education program for the Medical Transport departments in a specified region. The scope of this work will primarily include developing and implementing EMS education and training plans, and oversight for EMS quality assurance plans. Additionally, the position will focus on standardized onboarding for both staff and leader level new hires, ad hoc education to support strategic initiatives, and continuing education for both staff and leaders. Partnering with the program Physician Medical Directors, as well as subject matter experts, this role will assist in determining the training focus for multiple hospital-based EMS agencies, based on clinical performance and quality assurance indicators. This role will be responsible for producing education deliverables (e-learning modules, webinars, ILT, instructional videos, blended learning, etc.) as well as providing in-person, remote, and hybrid trainings to both staff and leaders.
