As Product Director, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Crew and Manager Experiences domain, directly impacting our customers and crew worldwide. Duties
What you'll do:
+ Drive end-to-end product development partnering across the Restaurant and Consumer Platforms, including conducting market research, defining customer requirements, crafting product specifications, and working with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features. Collaborate with Experience Design and Engineering to develop, test and ship functionality to users.
+ Shared cross-product platform concerns, including cross-cutting experiences like navigation and information architecture, and common resources like our design system.
+ Develop relationships with markets, operations & customers to deeply understand their perspectives and pain points as you craft your strategic roadmap.
+ Provide frameworks and governance for common integrations.
+ Define and supervise product performance metrics, such as market adoption and speed-of-service to evaluate product success.
+ Feature configuration governance and monitoring, also tracking market deployments.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to advise product strategy and ensure the product portfolio remains competitive.
+ Facilitate release planning, demos with stakeholders and other Agile practices on an operational basis.

Qualifications
+ 8+ years of product management experience, including rapid product innovation

+ Success in launching and handling products throughout their lifecycle with customer experience and technology systems and specifications and interdependencies: with a focus on specific Product Groups (i.e. Ordering, Serve, Digital Channels, etc.)
+ Proven ability to influence complex organizations and can simplify chaos and ambiguity into a clear product vision and prioritized strategy.
+ Excellent communication and ability to present sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Overview
Leading consumer goods company looking for an experienced Product Management Assistant. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelors degree, with project management, planning and logistics capabilities.
Responsibilities
+ The Product Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Global Product Management team both everyday activities to drive operational efficiency, as well as special projects that are critical to business continuity for the future.
+ This role involves collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams-including engineering, design, marketing, and sales-to phase in/out products that meet market needs and our strategic portfolio goals.
+ Additionally, this role will work closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development and Marketing teams to help efficiently manage product and portfolio lifecycle and ongoing management for the ACM North American Business.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Business Management, Product/Portfolio Management
+ Capabilities in project management, cross-functional collaboration, operations, planning and logistics
+ Experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
+ Customer focused attitude
+ Highly motivated, energetic and eager to make an impact
+ High proficiency with PC applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
