Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Intune Specialist who is very skilled and pays attention to detail to join our remote IT team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of putting Microsoft Intune into use, managing it, and helping people with it throughout the company. This job needs someone who knows a lot about managing devices, securing endpoints, and managing mobile apps, as well as someone who can communicate well and solve problems.

Main Duties:
Design, set up, and run Microsoft Intune solutions to manage devices and apps.
Set up device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines.
Set up and keep an eye on Windows Autopilot deployments and enrollment profiles.
Help with advanced troubleshooting for Intune problems on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Write and keep up-to-date documentation for Intune settings, rules, and processes.
Work with teams from different departments to make sure that security and compliance standards are met.
Do regular checks and audits of endpoint security and compliance.
Keep up with the newest features, best practices, and trends in Microsoft Intune and managing endpoints.
Give training and help to end users as needed.

What you need to have:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or the same amount of work experience.
At least two years of real-world experience with Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
A lot of experience with MDM/MAM, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security ideas.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for setting things up and automating tasks.
Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is preferred.
Great skills in analysis, organization, and communication.
Ability to work alone in a remote setting has been proven.

Skills that are preferred:
Familiarity with SCCM/ConfigMgr and co-management situations.
Understanding of Zero Trust security models.
Experience with big deployments in businesses before.
