BlueHalo, an AV Company, is hiring a Military Operations & Intelligence Integrator to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

Clearance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Working with simulations that shall include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
• Conducting M&S activities in support of the analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
• Providing instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises.
• Supporting live, constructive, or virtual training.

• Utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.

The candidate will assist with the planning, design, and execution of Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events for ships pier side, and LVC training events for ships at sea. + Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
+ Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
+ Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
+ Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
+ Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
+ Ensuring team m6bers understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Preferred
+ BA/BS (or equivalent experience).

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for a **Senior Military Operations Instructor** to join our team! In this role you will serve under an Army Deputy Chief of Staff to provide senior-level Operational Environment (OE) training to ensure understanding of the current and future battlefield for US Army and other consumers at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Responsible for ensuring future leaders understand the current OE and battlefield to include recommendations on the future force.
+ Instruct operational and strategic planning for US Army leaders
+ Identify gaps in learning and provide lessons learned, best practices, and current tactics, techniques & procedures for Commanders and their staffs.
+ Leveraging real-world situations and applying advanced intelligence analytics to identify, assess, interpret, and developing future training and support exercises by which the warfighter can be more agile, adaptable and flexible in all complex environments or multi-domain battles allowing the warfighter to be more prepared to understand and operate in a joint operational environment when the time comes to deploy.
+ Provide review and comments of Army, Other Services Joint, and Department of Defense concepts, manuals, regulations, and other documents as requested. Provide staff comments across the OEE.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
+ Master's degree or higher
+ Retired O-5/O-6 Combat Arms or Intel
+ Experience in delivering and supporting professional military education (ie. US Army War College) and/or National War College graduate.
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ PhD preferred
+ Ability to work at the flag officer and senior leader level in discussions in support of HHQ commands and other Government agencies when required.
+ Ability to coalesce Red Team, Foreign Military Studies (FMS), and DOTMLPF-P into an understanding for US Army leaders to organize and plan for operations
+ Define the scope and context of the OE for senior leaders.
+ In coordination with the OEE and the IC, define the battlefield and threats to U.S. national interests. Working with intelligence analysts, describe these future threat strategies, doctrine, and capabilities
