BlueHalo, an AV Company, is hiring a Military Operations & Intelligence Integrator to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
Clearance
- You must have a TS/SCI clearance to qualify for this position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Working with simulations that shall include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
- Conducting M&S activities in support of the analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
- Providing instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises.
- Supporting live, constructive, or virtual training.
- Ensuring simulations include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintaining system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
- Utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.
- Exhibiting proficiency with some or all of the following: GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK),or other modeling and simulation programs.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field.
- Must possess and maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis
- Analysis in a deployed PNT environment
- Analytical support to operations
- Multi-layered analysis
- Expert understanding of intelligence analysis tools, and/or ability to systematically examine and integrate traditional and non-traditional data sets
Salary Range: 70K-118K

Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.
+ Communicate with leadership on any technical or operational issues and new requirements.
+ Work with Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) local and remote operators and engineers, TTGP training teams, and teams at the Western ranges to coordinate and plan systems and personnel support for events. Adjust daily working hours occasionally to match times zones around the world where events are occurring. Occasional travel is required in support of event planning conferences.
+ Lead event operations for compliance within NCTE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend changes to SOPs as needed and help to develop new SOPs as fleet training requirements expand.
+ Use Confluence and JIRA tools on the NCTE website to share event schedules and documents. Identify, document, report, and track issues, while keeping appropriate NCTE personnel, NSWC- Corona, TTGP leadership, and other stakeholders informed of status.
Minimum Qualifications

The candidate will startup, configure and monitor range applications for display, recording and reconstructing Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training events. Provide mission and mission replay support. Create mission replays and reconstruction of LVC training events. Provide O&M support for the Southern California Tactical Training Range ground truth data feed. Assist with setup and configuration of SIMDIS displays. Monitor network data resources to support LVC training mission. Assist watch team members, Range Training Officers (RTO), Operations personnel and support contractors as needed. Support includes but not limited to tactical displays, data validation, data integrity, diagnosing and repairing faults when applicable, troubleshooting and documenting network data or display issues. Essential Job Responsibilities
+ Operate and optimize computer based range applications. Provide live exercise support including but not limited to supporting exercise controllers with SIMDIS displays, setup, data feed, configuration, and legends management.
+ Integrate Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) data sources in an optimized common operational picture (COP), assisting training team members with display or network issues
+ Monitor data integrity, interface with appropriate SOCAL TTR POC's, diagnosing and repairing faults when applicable, resolving network data issues, submitting trouble calls and reports as needed
+ Develop Standard Operating Procedures, data products and recommendations for software /display configurations changes.
