- In-depth knowledge of various mining methods, equipment, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of safety management systems (e.g., MSHA regulations) and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with mine planning software and production monitoring systems.
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
