Summary
A Senior Solution Consultant will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise on a daily basis to present the value proposition and benefit of the solutions to partners, prospects, customers and internally supporting the salesforce. A Senior Solution Consultant as a member of the Presales team will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of OneStream solutions based on customer needs which vary in complexity.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
- Providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
- Acting as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
- Transforming business requirements/challenges into Proof-of-Concept presentations.
- Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
- Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall OneStream solutions.
- Improving/maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
- Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Required Education and Experience
- BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Computer Science.
- Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with enterprise-wide systems such as CPM/EPM, ERP, HRMS, etc.
- An understanding of the finance and budget functions of State, County, or Municipal governments as gained through either extensive sales/consulting experience with these organizations or through direct employment by these organizations.
- Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers' landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology.
- Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of OneStream's Cloud solution.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, trainer, systems support, or solutions engineer.
- Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must have the ability to lead business process discussions and relate them to the appropriate technical solution for our customer's needs.
- Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modelling.
- Background in Finance/Accounting.

Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR), is thrilled to welcome a visionary and experienced Project Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and risk identification skills needed while developing and leading major public / municipal projects through design & construction. While based out of our Southfield, MI office, this role will be on the ground working with clients at their site 2-3 days a week, with occasional overnight travel (up to 30%).
Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
* Responsible for planning of project logistics including vendor contracting strategy, establishing internal team responsibilities and working with clients to develop the overall project structure to achieve their goals.
* Responsible for leading multiple projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously.
* Knowledgeable in legal and financing impacts to project structure
* Facilitate identification and resolution of project risk factors which can include AHJ requirements, design /engineering management and general construction means and methods.
* Have a strong acumen in managing multiple vendors to their contractual obligations; assist with prioritization of activities
* Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution
* Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for compliance to contractual responsibilities
* Coordinate client engagement within overall program, facilitate the decision making process
* monitor budget, schedule and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution
* Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects including internal reporting
* Participate and lead team development including mentoring, and coaching on performance
The qualifications.
* Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
* 10-15 years development, owner's representation, design or construction fields; Experience working on government industry projects highly preferred.
* Experience working for an Owner's Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred. Construction cost estimating experience is desirable.
* Proficient in MS Word & Excel; Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
* Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate for this opportunity
* Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 30% overnight travel
