Regeneron is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Management to join our Talent Management team. This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting strategies to drive employee performance. This role will focus on optimizing performance strategies to align with organizational goals and will use Workday technology to ensure efficient and effective talent management operations. The manager will also analyze global performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to improve overall workforce efficiency.

This role is based at our Corporate Offices in Sleepy Hollow, NY, 4 days onsite required. This role is not open to fully remote work.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Regenerons performance management process.
  • Support global alignment and implementation for performance management processes and systems in existing and new markets.
  • Develop relevant supporting materials and policies ensuring availability for all Global employees.
  • Provide direction and training to managers and employees including performance evaluation processes, goal-setting, feedback, etc.
  • Assess talent health using data-driven insights (e.g., retention trends, bench strength, performance outcomes) to track the progress and success of talent management initiatives and recommend targeted, forward-looking interventions.
  • Work closely with our HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization to understand talent needs and challenges and partner to implement overarching strategies.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Workday technology for talent management processes including guiding HR team members and other partners in using Workday tools optimally.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage collaborators in talent management strategies.
  • Stay informed of trends and standard processes in key initiatives and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

  • Create and maintain reports that uncover opportunities for improvement (radar/opportunity reports).
  • Build a detailed catalog of our Smashers, documenting skills, roles, and strengths to better support internal visibility and growth planning.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our candidates catalog.
  • Standardize and organize Smashers' role profiles, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Develop training opportunities for the administrative team based on organizational needs.
  • Support the administrative team's activities (recruiting, client management, HR operations) when extra help is needed.

Position Overview

As the Manager, Talent Management you will drive talent development, foster career growth and lead processes that cultivate high performance culture. You are responsible for the creation, delivery and management of a broad array of talent programs to attract, retain and grow engaged colleagues and leaders. You will play a critical role in the design, delivery and reporting of key talent processes that align with and drive business priorities. Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of related Organizational Development, Talent Management experience
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to completion

Facilitate training for people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development. Own employee engagement survey process; ensure timely reporting of results and action items. Participate and coordinate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion events. Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure automation of Talent Management programs, processes, and reporting, where possible. Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned to the organizational objectives and serve as an effective tool for growth and retention. Provide ongoing expertise, observations, and feedback on "what's working, what's not" as it relates to talent development and leadership capability to lead performance framework. Identify and install metrics that most closely align to evaluating the effectiveness of an upgraded talent development framework. Work with HR Business Partners and various business functions to analyze and assess training and development needs for individuals, departments, and/or business units. Develop content in-house and partner with external consultants and vendors when necessary. Continuously improve upon training and development strategy and programs to support ongoing organizational capability requirements, using robust instructional design and program evaluation methodologies. Develop metrics to measure progress and provide recommendations to optimize performance. Working knowledge of the following tools and concepts: Learning – knowledge and application of adult learning concepts and principles when designing training and development programs. Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation/facilitation. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts.
