Salary Range: $124,900.00 - $187,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. RC oversees multiple highly complex large compute clusters that are required in the daily work of users of diverse backgrounds, roles, and responsibilities. **Basic Qualifications:**

  • A strong foundation in Systems Engineering, Testing, and large-scale Systems Integration of DOD programs.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Hands-on experience working with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based and virtualized environments for testing purposes.
  • A strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI model development.
  • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Must be available to travel to locations CONUS and OCONUS
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities.

Job Description

Position Summary:

This professional management role is responsible for implementing the agencys mission while embodying its Core Values in collaboration with supported participants, their families, friends, and their evolving social networks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Support participants in achieving their aspirations and goals.
  2. Respect participant choices, providing information, encouragement, and guidance.
  3. Facilitate opportunities for participants to develop meaningful relationships and community membership, offering support, modeling, and coaching.
  4. Ensure health and safety needs are met in compliance with regulations and policies.
  5. Report and investigate incidents as required by authorities.
  6. Write and implement Participant Plans, and monitor progress towards goals.
  7. Coordinate medical services as required.
  8. Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop Direct Support Professionals.
  9. Conduct regular supervision and house meetings with staff and participants.
  10. Collaborate with professionals and stakeholders to support employment aspirations.
  11. Maintain accurate records using the agencys database/system.
  12. Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and overtime to ensure efficiency.
  13. Be on-call on a rotating basis for emergency management.
  14. Conduct quarterly home visits and follow-up on issues.
  15. Ensure agency vehicle inspections are completed.
  16. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Job Duties:

  • Participate in agency committees and work groups.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and events.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  2. 35 years of experience in residential or group home settings, including supervisory roles.
  3. Knowledge of person-centered planning, developmental services, and relevant regulations.

Working Conditions:

Some evenings and weekends are required.

Require a valid drivers license for transportation duties.

Availability during scheduled hours via personal cell phone.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
