The ideal candidate understands how to map the access journey and the strategic moments that matter while soliciting end user feedback and designing engaging services and experiences that simplify & modernize patient support programs. Learnings from effort will be rolled into enterprise modular capabilities and standards to be scaled across the portfolio of patient support programs. The role assumes experience and comfort working closely with external & internal stakeholders across functions in a typical large pharma environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Establish and lead the governance framework for non-core products, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, patient support needs, and compliance standards
Define and manage product lifecycle processes, including intake, prioritization, evaluation, sunsetting, and documentation.
Partner with core product owners, IT, compliance, legal, and patient support teams to ensure non-core products integrate seamlessly and responsibly into the broader ecosystem.
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-enterprise stakeholders related to non-core product planning and execution. Maintain a centralized view of all non-core product investments, capabilities, and performance metrics.
Develop and track KPIs, ROI, and risk mitigation strategies for active non-core solutions.
Identify opportunities to scale successful non-core pilots into enterprise-standard solutions.
Ensure readiness and repeatability of tools and services used across multiple programs or indications.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product governance, program management, or digital health product leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Deep understanding of patient support services and the broader commercial or access ecosystem
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong understanding of medical, legal, regulatory and compliance environment and ability to work collaboratively
Strong understanding of insights and competitive intelligence requirements for new product and indication launches
Change management and project management experience
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance processes, and digital product lifecycle
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or healthcare preferred.
Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500.00 and $44,500.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. - Lead the strategic planning for lifecycle management across the Therapeutic Area portfolio.
- Develop and implement focused strategies for brand performance by evaluating insights, category trends, in-market performance, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an LCM framework for key products through active involvement in Governance Framework such as CCRB, Quantum, and PSOC.
- Oversee the optimal rollout and implementation of the LCM framework, including training where needed, to integrate Patient Services offerings for in-line programs. This includes components such as Copay, Free Goods, Patient Hubs, Clinical Support, Digital Solutions, and E-services.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Required Experience :

- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in big Pharma or biopharma commercial functions for consumer-packaged goods, consumer marketing in healthcare or 10+ years of combined experience across biopharma consulting, pharma and health ecosystem with a record of increasing responsibility
- Strategic design/services design experience or degree in both design and health related field preferred

Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $132,300.00 and $45,700.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. FlexStaff is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor (NPS) for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.
PURPOSE:
The NPS collaborates with community primary care physicians (CPCPs) to oversee and coordinate participant care within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). This role focuses on participant independence and wellness, acting as a liaison between the participant, CPCP, and plan staff to develop and implement care plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supervise and manage Nurse Practitioners and other clinical staff at assigned PACE site.
+ Conduct performance appraisals.
+ Represent/serve as Medical Director in their absence or as directed.
+ Perform annual wellness assessments (more frequently for high-risk participants).
+ Provide urgent care and same-day access.
+ Manage participants with acute changes in condition.
+ Assess participants returning from hospital/ED within 5 days, reconcile medications, and coordinate follow-up.
+ Review medical history every 6 months, formulate diagnoses, and ensure accurate documentation.
+ Participate in clinical documentation improvement activities and provide feedback to staff.
+ Review symptoms, identify active diagnoses, and inform PCPs of potential care gaps.
+ Co-manage high-risk participants with PCPs and develop care plans to address gaps.
+ Attend IDT meetings and represent CPCP as needed.
+ Communicate with IDT and other plan designees.
+ Educate participants, families, and staff on disease processes, medication adherence, and self-management.
+ Comply with HIPAA regulations.
+ Conduct home visits as needed.
+ Supervise care plan formulation and delivery for community PCP participants.
+ Oversee home care services arranged/provided by CHN.
+ Provide emergency coverage for PACE center PCPs.
+ Participate in on-call rotation.
+ Adhere to scope of practice and meet established competencies.
+ Act as an IDT member.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Graduate of NYSED-acceptable nurse practitioner program or nationally certified.
+ Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in home care, care management, or related field.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience with frail/elderly populations (or training provided).
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
+ Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Active NY Nurse Practitioner license.
+ DEA certification.
+ AANP or ANCC Board Certification.
+ Legally authorized to practice in NY.
+ Medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
+ Medicaid and Medicare Provider IDs in good standing.
+ Bilingual preferred.
