At Dubin, we provide the latest in prevention; diagnostics; surgery, medical and radiation treatment; and support after treatment

  • Mount Sinai's Derald H. Ruttenberg Treatment Center offers a wide range of outpatient services for all cancer diagnoses, with the exception of breast cancer (patients with breast cancer are seen at the Dubin Breast Center ( ). The Ruttenberg care team will include medical oncologists, who are supported by physician assistants, nurse practitioners, social workers, a nutritionist, and a patient experience manager-all with specialized training in oncology.

What You'll Bring

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $115,494.00 - $173,241.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Collaborates with the Director of Nursing in maintaining adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, and MedStar Health's policies and procedures. Demonstrates leadership and behaviors which are consistent with MedStar's mission, vision, goals, SPIRIT Values, patient care philosophy, and sound moral and ethical judgement.


Requirements:
BSN
Active MD or Compact RN License
Previous Nursing Leadership experience in a hospital/ acute care setting required
3-5 years minimum experience as a Clinical RN in a hospital/ acute care setting required
2-4 years minimum experience as a Nursing Leader in a hospital/ acute care setting required

We have a strong neurosciences program, with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital neurologists and neurosurgeons available onsite.


Our Nursing Leaders are members of MedStar Health entity-based Division of Nursing and leadership team. Supports and collaborates with the Director of Nursing in providing leadership and oversight for a specific unit/department. Directs and coordinates the nursing and patient care delivery of the unit-based professional and support personnel.
