About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Nurse Readiness team, you will create strategies for engaging and interactive nursing education during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product, you will play a critical role within a dynamic, dedicated, and product-focused team. Your duties will involve partnering with the VP of Product to define and execute the product vision and roadmap, while crafting a strategic plan to enhance and distinguish our offerings in nurse education. You will work closely with technology, nursing, and content experts, as well as commercial strategists, to develop interactive and impactful experiences, creating excitement about learning and ensuring that nurses are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the VP Product on strategic vision for interactive nursing education experiences, informed by customer data and insights.
+ Drive the execution of the strategy through a comprehensive product roadmap, working with nurse education content and product colleagues to prioritize and launch an integrated offering.
+ Innovate to deliver exceptional value for our customers, enhancing nursing education experiences across web and mobile platforms.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and formulate new strategies that elevate the quality of our nurse education solutions.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators, proactively identifying issues and providing data-driven recommendations.
+ Utilize data and customer research to uncover opportunities, developing product plans to capitalize on them.
+ Own product-led growth initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the Nurse Readiness team.
+ Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to refine, expand, and create new functionalities for nursing education use cases on web and mobile applications.
Requirements
+ Have 6+ years of experience delivering world class SaaS and B2B products in a high velocity environment, with 3+ years in Education Technology, Nurse education or competency management preferred
+ Bachelors or Masters degree with a preference for technical or education design subjects
+ Have experience as a full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex, global product
+ Possess prior experience releasing new products or product features to the market, from conceptualization to execution to post release management
+ Have experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery tradeoffs, roadmap strategy, and prioritization
+ Possess technical knowledge to understand the implications of product decisions
+ Familiarity with self-serve product analytics and use of Excel, Tableau, Pendo or other product analytic tools

**Compensation:**
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
This role is eligible for Bonus.
