Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change. - Minimum of 7 years related informatics experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

- Direct, hands-on experience leading clinical informatics projects, including implementation, redesign or process work, with tangible demonstrated results.
- Previous experience in managing performance improvement activities, clnical data management and workflow design preferred.
- Recent experience with Epic.
- Recent experience with Information technology management.
- Knowledge of the Magnet journey preferred,
