The Rush Center for Diabetes and Endocrine Care has one main location conjoined with the Rush Oak Park Hospital, state of the art ultrasound machines, a team of advanced Midlevel practitioners, experienced Diabetic nurses, clinical diabetes educators, and a full complement of support staff. We work in close collaboration with both Rush Endocrine Surgery and Otolaryngology.
Qualified applicants must have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education. Experience with thyroid cancer management would be valued, but mentorship would be available for the ideal candidate with interest. Requirements:
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Requirements
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurants goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesnt work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves!
The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
