Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our busy office. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional interpersonal skills. As the Office Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation and filing as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
