Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure's through ongoing training and monitoring.

- 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)

Senior Office Solutions Specialist
POSITION PROFILE
Role Overview :
The Senior Office Solutions Specialist will call on existing Ricoh accounts with the primary objective of retaining the existing customer base and expanding Ricoh's product and services footprint. This sales position is 100% telephone-focused and requires a minimum of 30 daily outbound calls/activities. The Sr. Account Executive must maintain accurate and up-to-date RForce notes on potential opportunities inside the account. The position could be expanded to include ZBA, lead generation, or other projects as required in the future.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Drive sales in the SMB customer space with a telephone-based sales approach.

Make a minimum of 30 business-to-business telephone calls/activities per day.

Conduct outbound sales calls to existing customers, focusing on customer retention and expansion of Ricoh's equipment and services offerings.

Engage in customer-focused selling, communication, and objection handling.

Deliver prepared sales talking points that describe products or services.

Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to all customers.

Meet or exceed equipment and services revenue and placement expectations.

Maintain records of account activity within the "RForce" sales database.

Serve as the first line of contact with customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) :

4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related sales environment.

At least 2 years of telephone-based business-to-business successful account management and account development experience.

Minimum of 6 months Ricoh sales experience.

What you'll do:
- Reviews assigned queues in Combobulator and makes corrections based on specific queue guidelines
- Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enters necessary codes
- Compares data entered with source documents or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors
- Makes necessary corrections to information entered
- Must know additional information when it applies: billing policies, lens availability, frame manufacturers, etc.
- Maintain neatness of workstation
- Separate trays received from Customer Service and take to the appropriate station
- Tray up orders received over the internet or hand written by Customer Service
- May participate in Frame/Lens Stock ordering and restocking as well as lens pick for orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in a pre-production role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
