ROUSTABOUT TECHNICIAN:

The position is diverse and job duties may vary on a daily basis. Candidates may be required to work with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment, and may be required to work in all types of inclement and/or extreme weather conditions.

Under direct supervision, perform oil field related services and tasks in accordance with 3Forks Services, Safety, and Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) requirements. This includes wearing and using all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by 3Forks Services, OSHA, Customers, and any other local, state, or federal regulations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This job has no supervisory duties.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and material specs.
  • Selects type and size of pipe, and related materials and equipment according to specifications
  • Cuts, threads, bends and assembles the pipes. Prepare, cut, fabricate, layout, fit, position, and assemble piping components together in various positions.
  • Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment
  • Secure equipment and safely transport according to company policy and DOT regulations
  • Install and make repairs to oil and produced water tanks
  • Install and repair piping, valves, pumps, and motors
  • Perform general ground work around well sites
  • Clean up oil spills and general clean up
  • Must be proficient with hand and power tools
  • Heavy equipment operating skills are preferred - must show proof of training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75lbs.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-year previous oilfield experience
  • PEC - Safeland and/or OSHA 10 - Must have proof of training
  • PEC - H2S Clear and/or H2S Awareness - Must have proof of training

ExxonMobil is seeking a Midstream Pipeline Operator located in Williston, ND. Midstream Pipeline Operator's play a key role in maintaining and documenting key data, while also focusing on reliability of their area
**What you will do**
+ Perform daily operation of pipeline gathering systems located in Williston, ND including daily rounds, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections of assigned area of responsibility, maintenance ticket submittal and follow up if required until completion, all housekeeping, engagement with all onsite visitors to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and adhered to.
+ Lead pre-task briefings to ensure all hazards and mitigations are clearly identified prior to starting any tasks.
+ Responsible for engaging in and promoting a strong safety culture.
+ Regular pipeline pigging, valve maintenance and right of way monitoring.
+ Use Ignition and SCADA systems to monitor operations
+ Perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out process on pressure vessels, and pipelines.
+ Write and document various permits associated with daily activities.
+ Full fill area operator responsibilities on all permits executed with area of responsibilities. (Proper delegation maybe required).
+ Must view safety as a value.
+ Working knowledge of P&IDs for pipelines and pig farms.
+ Must utilize good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be able to work in extreme outdoor conditions, work flexible hours and on-call rotation as needed.
+ Knowledge and experience with underground utility locating with 3rd party oversite during line crossings and other ground disturbance work within our right of ways.
+ Knowledge and understanding with cathodic protection systems
