Cloud Architecture Design & Implementation
  • Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategies.

  • Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions.

  • Integrate Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Active Directory Connect, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.

Modern Device Management
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

  • Support secure device configuration and application deployment.

Collaboration & Governance
  • Govern and optimize usage of SharePoint Online , Microsoft Teams , and OneDrive .

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist to manage and enhance Microsoft 365 services and support key operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MS Exchange Server, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for automation to improve workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced support for L3/L4 tickets and troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users.
  • Plan, design, and implement changes to Microsoft 365 services to align with organizational needs.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members during project activities, promoting collaboration and skill growth.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and requests to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively within a large team and contribute to operations in expansive and dynamic environments.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft365 services, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
  • Work extensively with SharePoint Online to support content management and collaboration needs.
