Job DescriptionAs the Operational Excellence Manager, you will help institutionalize operational rigor and discipline through the development of cross-functional capabilities. This role is critical in helping create a scalable operating model for the enterprise. We are looking for a leader who can collaborate and influence across teams to ensure initiatives are identified, prioritized and executed to maximize business impact. You will support the execution of a capability roadmap, serve as a bridge between the business and technology teams and implement standardized ways of working to promote consistency and accountability.
In this role, you will develop key relationships with leaders across Planning, Merchandising, Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Retail and Logistics.

Lead Change Management
- Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes, technologies, and business practices associated with projects on the capability roadmap.
- Develop change management strategies that promote transparency of context, minimize resistance, increase engagement, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in an operations role with an apparel retailer
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives in a similar industry
- Strong background in change management and transformation with expertise in driving adoption of new processes, technology adoption and business practices across diverse teams
- Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing operational standards, project governance frameworks, and performance tracking metrics to promote consistency and accountability
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence with executive leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
