KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Risk Management, Technology, Data Operations to join our Risk Management organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support finance and accounting, third party risk and SAP initiatives with a risk management effective challenge of organizational operations and transformation efforts
  • Oversee risk identification, monitoring, and reporting across core finance and accounting including accounting, finance, controllership, financial data and reporting
  • Assess governance and readiness of finance and accounting transformation and establish capabilities to mitigate transformation risks; integrate emerging risk assessment and analysis into finance and accounting risk management
  • Manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) integration; communicate and embed the impact of emerging laws and regulations within monitoring and reporting
  • Develop risk management insights for senior leadership, including vice chairs for Operations, Legal Regulatory and Compliance, and Risk Management
  • Maintain new finance and accounting-specific risk management methodologies and protocols; serve as a subject-matter expert on risk management policy and provide guidance on policy application

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent related work experience in project management, business process operations, risk management, consulting, policy, governance and compliance management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary

**Overview**
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit from Preconstruction to Project Closeout. Developing and implementing execution plans and maximizing overall business objectives and ensure maximum profitability.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manages Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents.
+ Allocating, coordinating and quality assurance of drafting resources within Business Units.
+ Implementing productivity improvements, assure project compliance and quality assurance.
+ Maintaining consistency in Project and Field Management processes throughout Business Unit
+ Champion of safety, discipline safety violators and provide coaching to prevent problems.
+ Initiate and hold Project Review meetings with Project Managers, General Superintendents, and Superintendents, including review of deviations on status reports, billings, and cash position of each project.
+ Approves all additional pricing quoted to customers, including change orders, back charges, claims, and anything that changes contract.
+ Resolves cost-related issues between Installing and Engineering.
+ Identifies and monitors upcoming Project Managers.
+ Tracks and reports on risk management (cert, of insurance, bonds of subs, safety, theft).
+ Assures customer satisfaction through project manager/superintendent team.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
+ At least 8 years verifiable experience in heavy ($20M+) plumbing and HVAC commercial construction (Hotels, High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, etc.).
+ State plumbing license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager.
+ Proven leadership and supervisory skills with responsibility of managing numerous superintendents and general superintendents with projects that are ongoing simultaneously.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
+ Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
**Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
+ At least 6 months of safety training other state

**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Critical Operations Manager to join our Data Center Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our software operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Critical Operations Manager (COM) is responsible for the safe and effective operations, maintenance, and modernization of a ~30-70 MW data center. This person must be familiar with equipment utilized in critical environments, maintain a focus on continuous improvement as well as operational rigor, and enjoy managing a team. **Required Skills:** Critical Operations Manager Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to safely and effectively operate, maintain, and modernize physical infrastructure 2. Manage a team of Lead Building Engineers, Critical Facility Engineers, and Facility Project Manager through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management 3. Review and approve procedures based on internal standards and industry best practices 4. Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve operations 5. Collaborate with peer Critical Operations Managers to ensure consistency in strategy, approach, and delivery of critical operations 6. Maintain partnerships with technical and support teams to achieve maximum uptime and ensure seamless operations 7. Support the environmental, health and safety (EHS) program and ensure adherence to Meta Safety Policies and Procedures 8. Routinely inspect buildings, grounds, and critical equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions 9. Ensure compliance with work management processes, including CMMS and EAM, and industry standards 10. Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response program, including emergency operating procedures and business continuity plans 11. Support construction project execution (new & retrofit) in the data center, ensuring adherence to construction processes while supporting the critical operations environment 12.
