Description
- Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes.
- Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members in support of creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes.
- Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
- Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
You should:
- Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

Position Summary:
The primary function of the operations specialist is to support the Area Managers in the functions of operations, fleet management, and IT support. The Operations Specialist adheres to and promotes safety, corporate policies, and procedures. This person will work closely with the Area Managers to meet mutual goals, assist in other work-related activities as needed, and guarantee the genuine customer service our customers demand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support Area Managers in managing operational costs.
- Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures.
- Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections.
- Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the Area Manager.
- Assure compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program.
- Support the Area Managers in managing the Gator Gypsum fleet.
- Manage all aspects of equipment, ordering equipment, managing cost of equipment, maintenance costs, and repair costs.
- Manage, implement, and train on DQ installation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the systems installed in equipment.
- Responsible for vehicle registrations.
- Coordinate all equipment transfers between branches and assist with paperwork associated.
- Maintain and train Level 9 pricing.
- Order IT equipment as directed by Area Managers.
- General IT support as needed.
- Serve as the Cloud Project Manager.
- Responsible for education and training on Risk Console.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
