- Customer Service Support : Deliver top-level service to internal and external clients for all clinical operational support activities at the branch.
- General Office Duties : Manage tasks such as scanning, filing, handling incoming calls, emails, and faxes, distributing mail, processing invoices, and ordering office supplies.
- Compliance Coordination : Support recruiting and onboarding efforts, maintain personnel files, ensure credentialing, and assist with risk management processes.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree is a PLUS.
- Experience in payroll and/or human resources is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
- Team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Home health experience is a PLUS.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a PLUS.

What You Offer
Token is building out our operations team and we're looking for a high energy operations specialist. This role plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and smooth delivery of goods to customers. Reporting to the Operations Analyst, this role contributes to operational efficiency and data accuracy. The Operations Specialist also provides backup support in inventory management, assisting in stock level tracking and seamless operational flow. You'll be working with a strong team that thrives on communication, transparency, and is committed to building a safer, more secure world one ring at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping delays or returns.
- Assemble product bundles according to specification.
- Conduct quality checks on all kitted products.
- Assist the Operations Analyst in maintaining and improving logistics workflows.
- Prepare shipment documentation, including customs and compliance paperwork.
- Track order statuses and escalate operational issues proactively.
- Provide backup support for inventory management, including performing cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor and address inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the Operations Analyst.
- Support restocking, receiving, and maintaining organized warehouse operations.

Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related field.
- Experience using order management or inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite).

Duties include performing a variety of specialized technical support for the operations department of the Airport Authority. Under general supervision, work involves various functions associated with the daily operation and services of the airport. The position ensures compliance with FAA Regulation Part 139 and TSA Regulation Part 1500 series including the airport certification requirements. Ensure day-to-day compliance with city air permit, NPDES permit and spill prevention/storm water pollution plans.

Under general supervison, apply fertilzer and crop protection products. May include use of a high clearance sprayer or floater.
