Your Job Koch Technology Solutions (KTS), a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, is looking to add an Operations Specialist to our growing team in North America. This position will be located in Wichita, KS. The successful candidate will help KTS create long-term value for customers and society, pursue continuous innovation, and expand the business into new areas. Our Team Koch Technology Solutions (KTS) is a technology licensing business, a part of Koch Engineered Solutions. KTS creates value for our customers across a growing portfolio of technologies including the Polyester Value Chain, 1,4-Butanediol plus its derivatives, Advanced PET Recycling & Direct Lithium Extraction. We can combine our exclusive technologies, expertise and capabilities with those of other KES companies to provide overall solutions to optimize your capital investments and existing manufacturing assets. What You Will Do Lead and support plant commissioning activities at customer sites. Provide operations support throughout the project lifecycle, including evaluation and due diligence for new technologies, design development, reviews, hazard assessments, technical bid analysis and resolution of technical queries on a variety of projects. Provide customer service, including relationship management, analysis of plant performance, optimization, and development and implementation of process improvements. Gather industry knowledge and best practices in connection with operations to transform KTS' existing business processes. Effectively transfer technology and good operating practices through training and development of innovative training solutions to meet customer needs. Play an active role in transforming the business, striving to find new ways to create value. Will travel and work internationally to support KTS' customers. The Experience You Will Bring Requirements (Basic Qualifications): Experience in plant operations or process engineering directly supporting plant operations in a chemical process manufacturing environment. Experience providing technical solutions and working directly with internal or external customers. Working knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management standards. Willing and able to travel both domestic and international, up to 50% of the time. Travel will normally be about 25%, but the requirement will increase during startup and commissioning of a project. This may require several weeks of support at the customer's facility. What Will Put You Ahead Lithium extraction experience Experience working in a Principle Based Management (PBM) culture. Minimum of ten years of process engineering experience and/or operations experience. Experience supporting technology development and execution Experience participating in Process Hazard Analysis Demonstrated ability to work as a team leader or as part of a team that respects others and values diversity. We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft. **Quality Operations** **, FLRAA Fuselage - Wichita, KS**
The Quality Operations Specialist will be responsible for Quality Operations, FAI and Inspection Planning for the fuselage manufacturing and assembly for the FLRAA aircraft.
This Position assures that manufacturing processes and inspection methods utilized meet and exceed customer quality expectations and to provide technical support to quality and engineering personnel.
Leads the creation and maintenance of electronic documentation of inspections through the use of access, updates departmental procedures, performs self-audits and procedure review, advises and assists IPT's in projects and problem solutions, engages and employs capital equipment in departmental areas, updates charts and graphs, creates on-line reporting system for the quality department, assists in corrective action and supports the internal audit program, functions as a Planning Review Board member for Quality, creates inspection instructions, plans, reviews technical data and translates into effective Manufacturing / Quality planning and First Article Inspections.
This position is onsite in Wichita, Kansas.
**What you'll be doing as a Quality Operations Specialist:**
The Quality Operations Specialist is the Quality System lead ensuring compliance in Quality Operations and all associated customer contractual requirements are planned into Wichita FAIs, Quality Work Instructions and Planning Review Board processes.
Build First Article Inspection (FAI) Plans, Quality Inspection Instructions (QIIs) for complex composite and metallic fabrication parts, airframe structure, sub-components and assembly practices
Functions as a Planning Review Board member for Quality. Ensure compliance of configuration management through audit, evaluation, and tracking. Leads the PRB feedback loop and quality health metric ensuring Customer satisfaction is planned into the Wichita work instructions.
Interface with end users, customers, and subcontractors leading and facilitating Quality related projects on a multitude of issues.
Support new aircraft development and advanced Quality technology implementation.
Support cross functional teams engaged in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Quality Data Analysis and product audits
**Qualifications**
**Skills You Bring To this Role:**
Ability to create Quality Inspection Instructions, identifying within the planning routes the appropriate inspection placement.
Ability to extract and interpret complex models for Catia V6 & 3DX for use in Advanced Quality Planning Activities.
Ability to navigate MES systems: CAMS, SAP ECC, SAP PEO
Ability to communicate effectively leading Quality technical discussions to at all levels including senior leadership, and present in a credible fashion. Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully prioritize.
**What you need to be successful:**
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5 years of experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment required, Aerospace Quality experience preferred.
Extensive GD&T experience applied to composite parts, metal fabrication, airframe structure and assembly practices.
Thorough understanding of AS9100/AS9102 and the creation of First Article Inspection planning

**Your key responsibilities**
You'll spend most of your time teaming with our provider team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign clinical processes.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
+ Approximately 4 years of healthcare consulting experience, preferably with prior experience as a manager (or above), in a consulting firm or in a management role within industry
+ Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms, utilize complex financial models, experience with operational process mapping and experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
+ Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives
+ Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
+ Assist in generating revenue within existing healthcare clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of large healthcare companies
+ Ability to manage a team of staff/senior consulting professionals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to follow)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is required as neede by the client.
**Ideally you'll also have**
+ A degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business; CPA, MBA, MHA and/or MPH
