The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision and hospital operations during assigned shift. Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates the clinical and operational functions of the unit to ensure quality, cost effective health care is provided by an educated and competent staff. Serves as a patient advocate and an administrative resource during the shift to ensure care meets hospital and professional standards. Qualifications: Unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of employment. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred. 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably ICU. Current ACLS and BLS Summary of Job Duties Adheres to all components of the Hospital Compliance Plan in performing job duties and reports any violations or suspected violations of the Plan to the Compliance Officer. Demonstrates professional conduct and complies with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Develops an understanding of responsibilities for participation in Performance Improvement activities and participates in such activities. Coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Oversees admissions, transfers and discharges during shift. Delegates effectively and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes. Accepts responsibility and accountability for clinical care. Serves as a role model in all aspects of job performance and human relations skills. Organizes and coordinates all nursing unit functions to provide for a smooth, cost effective operation. Communicates pertinent information to on-coming shift supervisor and CEO. Provide care for the Adult or Geriatric patient, ages 18 years and over. Responsible for ensuring staff performance issues are addressed. Collects, analyzes and utilizes data for improved clinical outcomes. Assists in development of policies, procedures and standards reflective of current practice/literature.

Wesco is looking for a hands-on, motivated Operations Supervisor to help lead a team of high-performing professionals to provide exceptional on-site support to our customer within their new data center facility in Abilene, TX. **What You'll Do:**
You'll oversee one or more teams and/or shifts, guiding operations within an area of our customer site to ensure their product is received, logged, and disseminated out to the on-site customers in real time. You'll play a key role in ensuring top-notch inventory control and quality management while developing a high-performing, safety-focused team.
**Location:** Abilene, TX _(This position will be supporting a team of Field Inventory Technicians out of the new data center in Abilene)_
**Schedule** : This is 24/7 facility, and we will be hiring 2 Supervisors to cover the teams/shifts in this role, working Friday through Sunday for 12 hours per day with flexibility to occasionally help cover other teams/shifts.
1. 6am-7pm (Day shift)
2. 6pm-7am (Overnight shift)
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead day-to-day operations for your department(s) to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
+ Supervise, coach, and mentor 2+ team members and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
+ Track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
+ Ensure high accuracy in inventory records and compliance with quality control standards
+ Monitor workflow and implement corrective actions as needed
+ Drive operational excellence while ensuring a safe and clean work environment
+ Help shape and document storeroom processes, standards, and training programs
+ Support performance management and employee development initiatives
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ 2+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations
+ 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
+ Familiarity with inventory control processes
+ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
+ Basic computer literacy; comfort using business systems
+ Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and other equipment as needed
+ Experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction products is a plus
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable with bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and operating hand tools and forklifts
