Key Responsibilities:
+ Hands-on architecture, design, and deployment of OCI services: compute (bare metal, virtual machines, container engine), storage (block, file, object), networking (VCN, DRG, LBaaS, FastConnect), and databases (Autonomous Database, Exadata, MySQL Heatwave).
+ Lead end-to-end cloud migrations of complex applications and databases from on-premises or other cloud platforms to OCI.
+ Define and implement OCI landing zones using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform and/or Resource Manager.
+ Develop and enforce automation pipelines for repeatable cloud deployments using Terraform, Ansible, OCI CLI, and DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
+ Implement OCI IAM (Policies, Dynamic Groups, Federation), Cloud Guard, and Security Zones for enterprise-grade security posture.
+ Design multi-region disaster recovery, high availability, and backup & restore strategies.
+ Architect secure, resilient, and cost-optimized OCI network architectures (hub-and-spoke, hybrid cloud connectivity with IPSec VPN / FastConnect).
+ Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) and integrate with DevOps pipelines.
+ Tune and optimize performance for OCI workloads, including compute, storage, and databases.
+ Implement monitoring and observability with OCI Monitoring, Logging, Logging Analytics, and integration with third-party tools (Splunk, Datadog, etc.).
+ Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
+ Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to cloud engineers, DevOps, and operations teams.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture roles.
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
+ Expert-level knowledge of OCI services - compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
+ Strong hands-on skills with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, OCI CLI).
+ Experience deploying and managing OKE (OCI Kubernetes) clusters and microservices-based architectures.
+ In-depth knowledge of OCI IAM, Policies, Security Zones, Cloud Guard, and cloud security controls.
+ Demonstrated experience migrating large-scale applications and databases to OCI.
+ Experience in setting up hybrid connectivity between OCI and on-premises environments.
+ Proven expertise in monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization on OCI.
+ Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and high availability in cloud environments.

+ Experience working in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Government) is a plus.
+ OCI Architect Professional certification is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $9000.00/yr.

Qualified candidates will work on Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement and Logistics) implementations as Senior Solution Architects. This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analyzing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development.
Your role
- Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements.
- Identifying how the Oracle Cloud SCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
- Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
- Supporting configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management workstreams.
- Project management or team lead of large Oracle Cloud SCM implementation
- Be the design lead of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations for the modules in your expertise.
- Shape Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to help our clients solve complex situations.
- Deliver also advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery).
- Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations.
- Building and maintaining client relationships Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience with Oracle SaaS Applications – specifically Order Management, Inventory, Procurement and Logistics
- +10 Year experience in complex Oracle SCM Implementations.
- +5 years’ experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud SCM (in lead roles).
- Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud SCM modules listed above.
- Strong communication and leading skills.
- Understanding of Planning Business Processes.
- This role will require experience in pre-sales solutioning as well as the ability to lead a project team through the software development lifecycle.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain applications
- At-least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of SAAS SCM modules
- Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the Oracle Cloud SCM applications

We have recently completed the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, encompassing Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk modules. We are seeking an experienced individual to assist with ongoing support, integrations, testing, and future module implementations.
The role involves providing both technical and some functional support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM application, serving as the Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)
This assignment primarily involves remote work. It is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including modules like HCM Core, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll.Benefits and Helpdesk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Design and build Integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BIP Reports
- Develop and Support Extensions, Workflows, Fast Formulas, customizations/personalizations using HCM design studio, Page & application composer & Visual builder Studio
- Design and develop ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reporting solutions for complex query needs of the business
- Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented HCM Cloud solutions and engage Oracle Support and other technical resources to research and resolve issues
- Support testing of patch/upgrade, reports, new configurations, and workflows.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, tables, data flows, and their relationship to the supported business applications. Utilize the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
- Must have ability to multitask under pressure handling various deadlines
- Must have at least 5 years indepth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and functionalities.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands on knowledge of writing and troubleshooting extremely complex SQL and PL/SQL queries written by others
- Must have at least 5 years of solid hands on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports,OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers & Visual Builder Studio)
- Must have familiarity and knowledge of OIC Integrations
- Must have good written and verbal communication skilks
- Must have knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS
