**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
+ 5 years of experience in Order Fulfillment
+ 3 years of supervisory experience
+ Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems
+ Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel)
+ Proven ability to build trust and lead effective teams
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
