**Overview**
GCG is currently seeking a **Senior Director of Organizational Development to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide talent development and performance management efforts!** In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we **grow, engage, and develop talent across the company** . You'll set and execute the strategy for **leadership development, performance management, and succession planning-working closely with senior leaders and HR partners to align talent initiatives with GCG's broader business goals.**
You'll lead the Learning & Development team and guide the evolution of our new Talent Management System (Cornerstone), owning everything from strategic vision to implementation. You'll also oversee the enterprise Talent Review process-advancing leadership pipeline health, succession planning, and risk mitigation through robust development planning.

**What You'll Do**
**Talent Strategy & Planning**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives
+ Create a framework, tools and process for building organizational strength around a talent management methodology
**Talent Review and Succession Planning**
+ Partner with HR Business Partners to establish workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
+ Lead the annual enterprise-wide Talent Review process, including calibration sessions with senior leaders
+ Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles, identifying high-potential talent and readiness levels
+ Conduct talent risk assessments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities in leadership pipelines
**Talent Management System Implementation**
+ Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a Talent Management System (TMS) to support performance management, learning, succession, and career development
+ Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure successful system configuration, integration, and adoption
+ Drive change management and user training to ensure effective system utilization across the organization
+ Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancements and ensure alignment with evolving business needs
**Learning and Development**
+ Design and implement leadership development programs for all levels of the organization
+ Partner and guide executives to identify and develop high-potential talent
+ Partner with HR Business Partners to write and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talent, ensuring alignment with career aspirations and organizational needs
+ Lead the design and delivery of learning programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
+ Establish and manage development planning schedules to ensure targeted growth for successors and high-potential employees
**Performance Management**
+ Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it drives accountability and continuous improvement
+ Implement tools and frameworks to support goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
+ Support the ELT in driving a culture of high performance and values driven behavior
+ Develop organizational skills around performance management fundamentals

**Employee Engagement & Retention**

+ Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on key talent metrics
**What you'll bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
+ 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior talent management or leadership development role
+ Proven experience implementing and managing Talent Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone preferred)
+ Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide talent reviews and succession planning processes
+ Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
+ Experience with HRIS and data-driven talent strategies
+ Experience with interactive vILT training platforms (Microsoft Teams preferred)
+ Excellent working knowledge in Office 365
+ Experience in course authoring tools a plus (Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, etc)

Key Responsibilities
Overall
Execute effective change, communication, and training strategies and activities tailored to the Market.
Work closely with the core change, communications, and training team, as well as the Market Deployment Lead, ensuring localization while maintaining alignment with global milestones.
Provide input on audience-specific change, communications, and training approaches, supporting team leads in preparing their teams.
Offer project management support, including planning, tracking key activities, ensuring timely execution, and providing regular status updates.
Change Readiness
Conduct change readiness activities to ensure cross-market collaboration as part of the design phase.
Lead the Change Network in each market, taking on more active responsibility within the Network for directing actions and managing change activities and impacts locally.
Manage change efforts for high-impact Finance processes affecting employees and restaurants. This change is inclusive of building, planning, executing, and tracking the change plan milestones for:

The Senior Director of Organizational Change Management, reporting to the VP of Enablement & Optimization, will lead the organizational change management practice area and partner with senior business leaders across the organization to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, roles and responsibilities, and organizational structures.

The primary responsibility will be to lead the change management practice at Link, which is comprised of both FTEs and contractors. The Senior Director of Organizational Change Management will be accountable for the functional management of Link's existing change management strategy and making improvements as deemed necessary. This includes managing Link's organizational change management maturity, practice area development opportunities, capacity management of team member work assignments, and ensuring the change management OKRs are hit as planned.

In addition to practice management, the Senior Director of Organizational Change Management will also focus on creating and implementing change management plans for major strategic initiatives that maximize transparency and employee adoption while minimizing resistance. The Senior Director of Organizational Change Management will work closely with the VP of Enablement & Optimization, VP of PMO, technology product owners, and business leaders to understand the impacts of the project and develop change strategies to ensure proper readiness resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of the enterprise's vision.
