What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Lead?
As Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of the partnership. Executing the strategy and delivering against the hiring targets, SLAs, and supporting on the delivery of improvement projects as required.
You will effectively manage the client expectations and exceed agreed objectives set out by your Partnership Director. Your role will require you to be consistently seeking improvements to your Talent Acquisition function and driving innovation to achieve a world class service.
