The ideal candidate will have:

  • Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
  • Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.

Education:
  • Bachelors in related field and 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 1 year of relevant experience with a master's degree.
Special Requirements:
  • Human Resource Talent Acquisition experience, preferably Success Factor experience, computer skills (Excel, TEAMS and ZOOM, and word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

JOB SUMMARY:

Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in delivering modern, effective talent acquisition and onboarding services to attract and retain top talent at Epiroc.

This position focuses on supporting the recruitment operations through coordinating a smooth interview process, and delivering a seamless, engaging onboarding experiencealigned with Epirocs values.

Key Responsibilities

Support Recruitment Operations through:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and interview panelists.
  • Schedule debrief meetings post-interviews as needed.
  • Support recruiters on ensuring Predictive index assessments are completed by all candidates at interview stage & the results must be documented in the candidates application/profiles.
  • Support recruiters in tracking candidate status and progress using tools such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience through timely communication and logistics support.
  • Manage recruitment reporting and metrics to support continuous improvement.

Support Onboarding operations through:

  • Coordinate pre-employment processes, including drug screenings, medical evaluations, and background checks in partnership with external vendors.
  • Prepare, update, and deliver onboarding packages and materials to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Manage onboarding logistics, including IT access, HR documentation, welcome kits, and training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure timely updates in systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Partner with departments across the organization to ensure a smooth and successful integration of new hires.
  • Promote a data-driven and digitally enabled approach to onboarding.
  • Recommend process enhancements based on continuous improvement methodologies.

Education

  • Preferred: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding coordination across multiple sites.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on candidate and new hire experience.
  • Familiarity with digitization and automation in HR is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams
