Overview

UE Manufacturing is Now Hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk located at 1000 NW 2 nd , Oklahoma City, OK 73127. Responsible for the movement of parts/products and organization of assigned United Engines warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
• Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Assembling customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
• Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
• Opening bales, crates, and other containers.
• Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
• Weighing and counting items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Preparing parcels for mailing.
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Inventory software is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory operations is preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Able to lift 65 lbs. from floor to shoulder level occasionally.
• Ability to frequently exert the pound force limits for push/pull 50lb f (no wheels) or 100lb f (wheels).
• Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, and reaching or handling with arms, hands and fingers.

Comply with store operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

**You Must Have:**
+ Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
+ Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
+ Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
+ Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
+ Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards

**Shipping and Receiving Clerk ($18/hr)**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic production facility, where we manufacture pumps and compressors for various industries. As a Material Handler, you will collaborate with our production team to ensure products are shipped according to customer specifications and manage incoming supplies and products. Your attention to detail will be crucial in handling bills of lading and confirming the presence of all items listed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work as part of the shipping team to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products.
+ Handle receiving duties, including verifying incoming supplies against bills of lading.
+ Operate a sit-down forklift for approximately 50% of your work time.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and control within the warehouse environment.
+ Utilize computer systems for shipping and receiving tasks.
**Work Environment**
Work in a climate-controlled warehouse within a brand new manufacturing facility. We pride ourselves on our strong cultural values on the manufacturing floor. Regular hours are from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Works Hours - Monday-Thursday 1pm-11:45pm
Unwrap, sort, stack, and label products while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storing and/or shipping
+ Manually load and unload product on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device
+ Wrap pallets using a wrap machine
+ Document and report damages or any issues with products or materials to supervisor and follow instructions to correct the problem
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operate manual pallet jack equipment
+ Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**

+ Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
