**POSITION PURPOSE**
Audits maintenance, repair, overhaul, and inspection information for life limited and hard time parts to ensure accurate tracking in the Maintenance Software Database (Ramco) and compliance with the Maintenance Time Limits Manual (MTLM).
**ESSENTIAL** **DUTIES**

+ Ensures the completeness and accuracy of life-limited component information (AirVault and Ramco) by performing back-to- birth audits, including but not limited to engines, landing gear, APUs, thrust reversers and batteries.
+ Ensures components requiring overhaul are tracking the correct last done/next due values in accordance with the MTLM/MPD.
+ Identifies tracking problems or errors through audits and takes necessary actions to resolve the problem and help ensure the safety of the operation of the aircraft.
+ Performs historical audits on fan blades to ensure compliance with the eddy current inspections required by AD2017-17-18. Audits eddy current inspection paperwork for correctness and completeness. Updates engine fan blade configuration following the remapping/shuffling of blades.
+ Audits engine logbook/records and landing gear records following the removal of an engine or landing gear prior to being sent for repair to ensure all information provided is complete and correct.
+ Performs the same audits upon the return of the engine or landing gear from repair to ensure any replaced components are properly documented as necessary based on the maintenance program.
+ Updates APU tracking information including the life limited parts in the records database and maintenance software database per the bi-weekly inspections.
+ Install all A/C piece parts and update parameter values as part of the acquisition process.
+ Communicates/interacts with repair providers as necessary to exchange or update information relating to components or work that has or will take place.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ One year of related records auditing or other problem-solving relatable work experience.

+ Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Aviation field (management, operations, maintenance, A&P).
+ Experience in aircraft maintenance.

Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Position Summary
The Parts Inventory Control Associate ensures the dealerships parts inventory is accurate, properly stocked, and managed according to manufacturer and dealership standards. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory by verifying stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Stock and organize items in bins and on shelves, adjusting inventory records accordingly

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Boeing Research & Technology is seeking a **Principal Parts, Materials & Process Control (PMPC) Engineer** to support several commercial and government (including classified proprietary programs) at the **El Segundo, California** site.
This position requires the ability to lead teams, work with program office functions, collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, parts management, component engineering, failure analysis, electrical materials, and processes (M&P), and radiation effects (natural and weapon environments) on electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical (EEE) parts used in space, man-space, military, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and commercial aircraft applications.
The candidate is required to have knowledge in Industry, Automotive, Military, and NASA standards for the screening and qualification of EEE parts, plastic encapsulated microcircuits/devices (PEM/PED), and interconnect parts selected for avionics, military, and space applications. In addition, knowledge in the failure mechanisms of EEE parts and experience in failure analysis, construction analysis, environmental (Including radiation effects) and electrical test evaluations of EEE parts is also required.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead teams and support a parts, materials and process control board (PMPCB)
+ Project management of parts, materials, and process (PM&P) tasks and budgets
+ Develop and maintain PM&P plans, EEE parts plans, parts obsolescence mitigation plans, counterfeit mitigation plans, and lead-free mitigation plans for EEE parts and electrical materials and processes M&P
+ Support the electrical design engineer in the part selection process in ensure proper application and compliance to the PM&P plan
+ Develop and maintain EEE part specifications and source control drawings including radiation lot acceptance test (RLAT) plans
+ Review, understand, and able to interpret screening data, qualification conformance inspection (QCI) reports, and destruct physical analysis (DPA) reports
+ Coordinate and maintain non-standard part approval requests (NSPAR) with customers
+ Coordinate with component engineering subject matter experts (SMEs) in the development and qualification of complex EEE parts
+ Provide subcontractor oversight compliance in review and approval of PM&P plans, radiation verification reports, as-design part lists, NSPARs, part specifications, qualification plans and part derating reports
+ Perform Government-Industry Exchange Program (GIDEP) reviews, part obsolescence assessment, resolution and part counterfeit mitigation assessments
+ Manage part failure resolution and coordinate with electrical failure analysis lab to determine root cause of failure and corrective action
+ Support design reviews and equipment buy-off Functional Configuration Audit/Physical Configuration Audit (FCA/PCA)
+ Supporting proposal teams, supplier management, product operations, and quality teams

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
+ 15+ years of Parts, Materials & Process experience
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Master's Degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or Physics

Will train on day shift, eventually go to night shift. Checking parts formed off the laser table, plasma table, and press brake. Read mics and calipers. Tape measure within the 16th. Read blueprints.
Work hours: 7:00am-3:30pm $19.00-$20.00 hr.
West Tulsa work hours: 6:00am-3:30pm. Will train on 1st shift and eventually go to night shift.
