Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this position is responsible for providing and coordinating pharmaceutical care services and collaborative drug therapy management for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will serve as a resource to the patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other members of the health care team. As a Night Shift Pharmacist - 7 day on/7 day off at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ca, you will be responsible for the nightly organization and supervision of medication management activities in their areas, including but not limited to provision of clinical and drug distribution services and other duties as assigned. The night shift position would ideally be cross-trained into other shifts such as ICU and PEDS but mostly work adult med/surg.
Hours: 9:00 p.m - 7:30 a.m
Position includes a $5,000 sign on bonus.
**Qualifications**
**Educational requirements:**
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Prefer PharmD
+ Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience.
**Licenses:**
+ Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
