The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer's order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. Hiring for all shifts:

1st shift: 7 am-3 pm starting at $16.00

2nd shift: 3 pm-11 pm starting at $7.00

3rd shift: 11 pm-7 am starting at 17.50

OT including weekends as needed.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

    • Pick correct items for cooler boxes scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer's order
    • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
    • Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etc
    • Meet productivity and accuracy standards
    • Produce a quality work output on a consistent basis
    • Move product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelines
    • Assist with general housekeeping
    • Work is done inside a large warehouse area that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees (Gloves will be provided)
Required Skills & Experience
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
    • Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime
    • Have a strong service orientation
    • Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others

Earn .75 more/hour for evening shifts

Earn $1.00 more/hour for weekend shifts

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Read customer orders

Count products accurately

Match items to orders by checking package info

Sort materials or products by size, type, style, or color

Add price tags to retail orders

Use a computer to enter records

Merge orders to retail stores to save on shipping costs

Walk up to 5 miles a day

Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time

Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)

Lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds

Be able to handle noisy conditions
