This role a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of platform management, employee engagement, employee development, and platform culture initiatives across the Talent Solution's organization. This role will partner with business leaders to design and implement innovative employee strategies that align with our client's mission, vision, and business objectives. Essential Job Functions:
+ Platform Management Talent Strategy:
+ Lead the development and execution of a formalized Platform Management Talent Program to ensure alignment with our unique client's objectives and their future workforce needs.
+ Partner and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to build and sustain a competitive talent advantage.
+ Partner with client leadership to identify and address critical talent gaps, high-potential employees, and key skill areas required for organizational success.
+ Seconded Employee Engagement:
+ Develop and implement talent strategies to foster a high level of seconded employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention targeted to each platform relationship.
+ Designs and implements a formalized Talent Solutions communication plan and acts as the employee's internal interface for all seconded employee related activities.
+ Utilize employee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to measure engagement and develop action plans to improve morale, productivity, and overall seconded employee experience.
+ Seconded Employee Development:
+ Design and implement an employee development program that aligns with our client's overall performance management process that is aimed to develop high-potentials and targeted to improve lower performers.
+ Oversee individual coaching and mentoring initiatives in coordination with our client leaders to ensure the development and growth of our talent population.
+ Set clear objectives, provide regular coaching and feedback, and ensure professional development opportunities for team members. Partner with Client Mgmt. and other business leaders to ensure alignment in approach and communications.
+ Talent Analytics and Metrics:
+ Leverage data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of Talent Solutions platform management and engagement programs and initiatives.
+ Develop and present regular reports on platform metrics, engagement levels, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
+ Provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our Platform Talent Strategies.
+ In partnership with our internal compensation COEs, provide valuable insight into market benchmarks and ensure compensation equality.
+ Organizational Culture and Change Management:
+ Champion and reinforce the organization's culture, values, and mission throughout all platform-related initiatives.
+ Collaborate with key client stakeholders to manage organizational change and transformation efforts while maintaining employee morale and engagement.
+ Foster an inclusive work environment in alignment with our clients, that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through targeted programs and policies.
+ Stakeholder Management:
+ Collaborate closely with leadership, HRBPs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of program management initiatives with broader business strategies.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all talent-related matters, including employee engagement, employee development, and workforce planning.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (Master's or advanced degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services or other related field, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, employee development, and organizational culture.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful program management talent strategies that support business growth and organizational transformation.
+ Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.
+ Clear, concise communication skills and an understanding of commercial real estate are essential.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$150,000.00 - $180,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
