**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to join our project management team on a contract supporting Department of Homeland Security. The Project Analyst will support various government program activities taking place at DHS sites across the continental United States.
**Responsibilities:**
Serve as the Project Analyst to assist in the everyday function of the division. Responsibilities include:
- Track, analyze, and document all program activities and updates
- Provide administrative support for monthly Program Management Review (PMR) Meetings
- Provide support for monthly government Pre-PMR Meetings

+ Support the **Director of Staffing** with data administration, workforce reporting, and program documentation.
+ Assist with **data modeling and analysis** to forecast staffing needs, track workforce trends, and support decision-making.
+ Maintain and update staffing databases, spreadsheets, and tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
+ Prepare staffing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for PMO leadership and customer stakeholders.
+ Assist in monitoring staffing requirements, labor categories, and workforce pipelines to ensure compliance with program obligations.
+ Collaborate with peers and functional teams across the PMO to support staffing initiatives.
+ Perform other project analyst tasks as assigned, gaining exposure to full-cycle staffing and program operations.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
+ 1+ year of professional experience in data analysis, project support, HR operations, or related role (internships and co-ops considered).
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
**Clearance Requirement: Must possess an active and in-scope** **TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. This clearance is required for consideration.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in government contracting, staffing, or program support within the Intelligence Community.
+ Familiarity with workforce data tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.

As a Project Analyst you will provide vital services in support of the TSA's mission of protecting the nation's air, rail, transit, and highway transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. This partnership enables the TSA to continue serving approximately 1.9 million passengers every day at mass transit stations and airports nationwide.
**This position requires being on-site, either at TSA's HQ in Springfield, VA, or another location within the National Capital Region (NCR) (e.g., Annapolis Junction, MD).**
