+ Escalates project performance that impacts office results to the finance supervisor in a timely manner.

We are looking for a **Project Analyst** to support Infrastructure Modernization Programs. As a Project Analyst, you'll serve as the logistics and analytics engine behind a complex portfolio of dry dock and infrastructure projects. Your role blends data mastery with operational planning-ensuring the right people, equipment, and information are in place to deliver large-scale technology upgrades on time and with precision. You'll work closely with Project Planners, Infrastructure PMs, and leadership to consolidate project data, surface insights, support reporting-and critically-plan the movement of both technical teams and equipment to ship locations around the world. This position will be a **contract** and **onsite** **in Miramar, Florida.**
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
**What You'll Do**
+ Consolidate and analyze data across a global portfolio of modernization projects (schedules, budgets, punch lists)
+ Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to support PMs and leadership

CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to support its Corporate Security organization by managing the system of record for clearance processing, analyzing and improving workflows, maintaining security compliance documentation, and supporting enterprise-wide security systems and data analysis. This role also involves monitoring compliance with security policies, maintaining tracking databases and files, and ensuring process improvements and cycle times meet service level agreements tied to hiring and onboarding. The position reports directly to the Director of Physical Security and plays a key role in strengthening the company's security infrastructure through efficient information management and operational support.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with management, maintenance and testing of CACI's Security Information Management System (IMS), driving continuous process improvements, designing robust reporting and data collection tools, and monitoring real-time workflows to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
+ Contribute to the planning and development of short-, medium-, and long-term capital investment strategies for building-related security technologies across CACI facilities.
+ Conduct routine inspections and system checks on physical and technical security infrastructure, coordinating with CACI IT to ensure optimal performance, integrity, and system availability.
+ Collaborate with Security Officers company-wide to support the creation, revision, and implementation of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Security Policy Procedures (SPPs), and other critical documentation.
+ Assist in the design and delivery of security awareness training programs to educate employees on best practices and compliance requirements.
+ Provide administrative support for the corporate Visitor Management System, ensuring accurate tracking and secure access protocols.
+ Participate in the annual review and update of Corporate Security Policies and Procedures to align with evolving standards and organizational needs.
+ Support the administration of the CACI Emergency Notification System (CENS) via the Everbridge platform, including serving as a backup for emergency messaging and system operations.
+ Maintain and update the MyCACI Corporate Security website and SharePoint site, ensuring timely content management and accurate tracking of key security metrics.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of Project Analyst experience
+ Highly proficient in MS office suite such as Word, Excel, Power point and other presentation software
+ Ability to quickly learn and use new and existing security systems
+ Strong data and analytical skills
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator advances ASERT's mission in the Western Region by managing projects, developing resources, and building strong community relationships. This role requires excellent project management skills to identify stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable plans, as well as strong communication skills to represent ASERT at events and in outreach activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring deliverables are met on time. Experience working with autistic individuals or within the autism community is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of resources and initiatives.
* Engage with stakeholders, including state partners, advocacy organizations, and community members, to identify needs and develop responsive solutions.
* Organize and support the development of content, including informational resources, outreach communications, and website content for paautism.org.
* Represent ASERT at community events, conferences, and trainings to increase visibility and expand access to resources.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to strengthen ASERT's statewide network.
* Respond to community requests for information and training related to autism and ASERT.
* Contribute to evaluation and reporting efforts to measure program impact.
* High School diploma and 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or community engagement.
OR
* Bachelor's Degree in education, social work, psychology, public health, communications, or related field with 2 years of experience. _Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred._
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and professional writing.
* Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other collaboration tools.
* Ability to travel at least 3 times per month within the Western Region.
Additional Qualities Desired:
* Experience working with autistic individuals or within the autism community.
* Experience with content development, curriculum design, or resource creation.
* Familiarity with nonprofit, educational, or healthcare environments.
