**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Project Analyst** to support Infrastructure Modernization Programs. As a Project Analyst, you'll serve as the logistics and analytics engine behind a complex portfolio of dry dock and infrastructure projects. Your role blends data mastery with operational planning-ensuring the right people, equipment, and information are in place to deliver large-scale technology upgrades on time and with precision. You'll work closely with Project Planners, Infrastructure PMs, and leadership to consolidate project data, surface insights, support reporting-and critically-plan the movement of both technical teams and equipment to ship locations around the world. This position will be a **contract** and **onsite** **in Miramar, Florida.**
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
**What You'll Do**
+ Consolidate and analyze data across a global portfolio of modernization projects (schedules, budgets, punch lists)
+ Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to support PMs and leadership
+ Perform analytics to uncover trends, highlight risks, and support critical path identification
+ Coordinate global logistics for technical personnel-including travel planning, site readiness, and operational support
+ Plan and track the procurement, shipping, and delivery of hardware components to shipyards or ports
+ Ensure all equipment (e.g., point-of-sale terminals, RFID readers, Wi-Fi access points) is properly staged and delivered for installation during modernization windows
+ Manage dependencies across people, equipment, and task schedules to minimize disruption and delays
+ Support continuous improvement efforts across planning, reporting, and execution workflows
**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ 3+ years of experience in project analysis, logistics coordination, or PMO support
+ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, advanced formulas) and experience with Power BI dashboards
+ Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
+ Excellent planning and coordination abilities across people, hardware, timelines, and sites
+ Experience working with or supporting technical delivery teams, ideally with hardware/software components
+ Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, proactively surfacing and solving potential issues
+ Strong communication skills and the confidence to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders

This position will provide comprehensive programmatic and contract support to a portfolio of projects that advance Force Design, capability assessments, and concept experimentation. These efforts directly support the development of future Marine Corps Information Operations requirements, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and the refinement of key operational concepts such as Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO).

Responsible for the development and verification of the initial Bill of Material through the Prototype, Development and Validation vehicle builds. **The starting pay range for Minnesota is $59,000 to $78,000 per year. **JOB SUMMARY:**
Responsible for the development and verification of the initial Bill of Material through the Prototype, Development and Validation vehicle builds. Responsibilities include maintaining all Bills of Material, assisting with building of the units to verify BOM and fit up of all components and working closely with Engineering, Design, Systems Engineering, Service Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to ensure all builds stay on schedule.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Create and maintain Bills of Material with accurate verification and documentation.
· Perform BOM audits, verifications and follow-up to ensure BOM accuracy.
· Verification of data for new model BOM structuring.
· Support Project Team when making BOM changes. Work with Inventory Control to ensure parts are on order and work orders are correct.
· Assist Designers in accuracy of print updates and BOM updates.
· Create and maintain change notices in PRS Windchill for Project Teams.
· Contribute to ORV Sharepoint site for communication within Project Analyst team.
· Support Project Team with tracking and expediting change notices.
· Support prototype, development, validation, and production unit builds with Planning for ordering unreleased parts.
· Assist Engineering with ordering parts for developmental needs, as required.
· Generate reports for Production Verification to ensure BOM accuracy.
· Support project leader to solidify plans for pilot builds.
· Assist and communicate service part issues & concerns, as required.
· Support accurate information for regulatory auditing and homologations.
· Maintain model lists for Change Control Board reports for clear communication on active projects and models.
· Some travel may be required.
· Other assignments as requested or required.
