Job Summary
TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab 'N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Cashier is key member of the store team primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

Pay Range

**JOB SUMMARY**

**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Responsible for professionally and effectively representing International Paper's North American Container (NAC) business in the packaging marketplace. This requires successful management of a sales territory by developing and fostering sound customer relationships.
+ Sales Representatives are responsible for generating profitable sales, largely through regular and customary in-person interactions with prospective and existing customers.
+ Examines and evaluates a customer's packaging needs and then offers recommendations to fulfill those needs while striving to meet the directives established by regional and plant management.
+ Profitably grow the business with priority strategic (high transactional to consultative mix) accounts by developing and successfully implementing Key Account Plans.
+ Enable profitable decision-making through demonstrated knowledge of; general business principles, internal financial management and industry business practices.

What will you be doing ?
- Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Implement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage.
- Develop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration.
- Conduct sales presentations, deliver compelling product messaging, and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, track sales performance, and optimize territory management.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines while maintaining ethical and professional sales practices.
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required
- Rheumatology experience preferred
- Launch Sales Experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
- Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
- Some overnight travel will be required
- Valid driver’s license in good standing

As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you can use your people skills to help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at people's homes and/or by phone. If you are focused, goal oriented, and have great communication skills, then this is the role for you!
