This is a work from home frontline role which requires shift work taking inbound calls and is responsible for providing end-to-end support for our customers. Ensure a positive experience that is in accordance with the Company's service delivery strategy. Actively puts the customer needs and wants at the center of all interactions. Responsible for discovering customer needs for upgrading additional products and services. Creates a personal connection to the customer and demonstrates favorable image of the organization through effective use of soft skills and problem-solving skills, professional communications and internal/external customer interactions. Sales additional products and services to customers according to their needs. Communicates in a warm and friendly manner over the phone.

+ **Base Rate:** **$16.00/hourly non-negotiable plus a 5% quarterly bonus with a potential to earn monthly uncapped commissions for meeting sales-related metrics. Sales is uncapped.**

+ Based on discovering the customers wants and needs, acts as a product consultant, and offering appropriate product solutions, features and benefits.
+ Acts as a competitive expert to compare the benefits of Xfinity over the alternative solutions.
+ Corrects discrepancies on customers' accounts and researches service disruptions as necessary. When appropriate, follow established escalation procedures to expedite prompt resolution.
+ Demonstrates functional skill in communicating and explaining basic to complex account information to the customer with focus on first-call resolution.
+ Multitasks between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor chat) and applies information and knowledge to customer situations.

Pay Ranges

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Although you will start out as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
- Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
- Run routes for team members', experience different stores, and meet new customers
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
- Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Route Sales position, joining our Southwest Philadelphia team.
- SALARY: 65,000- 75,000+ annually
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 45-55 hours a week.

Safely drives step-van delivery truck over any assigned route to sell, deliver, and merchandise products, as well as provide excellent customer service to a variety of grocery, mass merchandise, and independent chain stores.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license in the current state of residence.
- Must possess and excellent driving record.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No DUI's within the past 3 years
- Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must pass a job-related assessment with a score of 70% or better.
- All Herr Foods Inc. job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a drug test. Herr Foods also has a Random Drug Testing program for all active employees.
- Able to read, write, understand and speak English.
- Possess a stable work history with good references.
- Display evidence of sound judgment and have the ability to adapt quickly to different work and driving conditions.
- Possess strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Constantly reaching; frequently sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, driving and lifting up to 32 pounds
- Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 48 pounds and pushing or pulling up to 40 pounds

Key Responsibilites
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Herr's brand snack foods to grocery retail and independent chain stores.
- Progressively increase current customer sales volume. This includes and is not limited to:
- Building relationships with key decision makers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Inquiring about customer needs
- Communicating product knowledge and suggestive selling
- Increase customer base by soliciting new accounts
- Execute company sponsored promotional programs by acquiring temporary and incremental product displays, shelving, and racks.
- Rotate and provide credit to accounts for stale or damaged items in order to provide the freshest product.
- Process orders by entering product codes into hand-held computers.
- Collect cash from customers and accurately process associated invoices
- Manage daily accuracy of product inventory.
- Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety inspection, and maintain a clean truck
