**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation, framework development, and quality assurance. In this role, you will develop and execute automated testing strategies to ensure the quality of our software products, focusing on web-based payment systems, APIs, and thirdparty integrations. You'll collaborate with QA, product owners, developers, and leadership within a Scrum-based environment to uphold Salucro's quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop and maintain an automation framework using JavaScript and Cypress.io against multiple web-based payment portals for both UI and API.
+ Create automated processes for triggering nightly runs and monitor them regularly.
+ Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to make sure QA and Automation is an integral part of the process
+ Create comprehensive test strategies for new development and ensure regression coverage across platforms
+ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support agile development practices using Docker and Jenkins.
+ Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide constructive feedback to junior Automation Engineers along with mentoring and sharing best practices for driving continuous improvement.
+ Analyze test results, identify framework issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
+ Troubleshoot and develop solutions for automation against difficult-to-automate areas of the product.
+ Identify and communicate automation needs and challenges and follow them through to resolution.
+ Work within a Scrum based SDLC and report on automation progress during sprint ceremonies and to management.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple to medium complexity processes

We're looking for an ambitious, personable, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, beauty-focused environment and is motivated by goals and growth.

- Well-organized and solutions-oriented, with solid project management abilities
- Must be available to work Sunday-Thursday , including morning, mid and evening shifts as needed
- Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.

Here is what Drybar Bartenders are responsible for each day:
- Leading the client's experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for the client.
- Setting the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party.
- Troubleshooting any reservation system issues, making changes to Client Profiles, optimize appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Maintaining overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping the front desk and bar area clean.
- Keep the shop looking fresh. Bartender side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment
- Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Problem solver uses logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
- Must have weekend availability
- Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks
