**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
+ Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.

+ Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.

+ Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.

+ Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
+ Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
+ Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings.
+ Engage in ongoing training sessions.
+ Assist with the training of new employees as requested.
+ Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
+ Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Education/Experience**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline **OR** HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Rep is responsible for selling new commercial business and targeted retention of commercial customers at AmeriGas. TSR understands the marketplace and uncovers customer needs, establishes relationships to present sales solutions focusing on new commercial accounts, and provides ongoing account management support to extend partnerships and increase gallons for existing customers. **Responsibilities**
+ Visit the assigned stores for Tyson in the territory monthly.
+ Present new items for our clients - Tyson and secure orders for same.
+ Present promotional activity to store buyers and secure orders and if possible off shelf displays.
+ Reviews distribution on existing items to be sure they are being carried.
+ Assist in any merchandising needed for our products.
+ Supports the store on all special projects such as demos, trade events, remodels, new store openings, etc.
+ Maintain current knowledge of products we sell and new items.
+ Maintain a rapport with regional managers of our clients.
+ Keep all informed of issues with stores, competitive activity, trends etc.
+ Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts.
+ Rotate stock, clean and stock displays and tag/sign as appropriate.
+ Perform such duties as checking date codes, ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram.
+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned including but not limited to:
+ Pallet Jack Operation; heavy load hoisting, material packaging, pallet disassembly and assembly, material handling, supplier audits, product expertise, and brand image alignment.
**Qualifications**
**Education Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma/GED
**Work Experience Requirements:**
+ Two years prior grocery retail or CPG experience required.
+ Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
+ Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a car for extended periods of time.
+ Must be willing and able to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores).
+ Ability to learn and understand safety standards.
+ Ability to Keep up with marketing trends and use that when upselling
+ Must be able to effectively communicate with others and be a team player.
+ Must be able to speak and hear.

**The position of Inside Sales Representative will be based out of our West Springfield, MA location!**
Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the proactive inside telephone or email sales and marketing efforts with the objective of increased profitable sales. Main duties include establishing and maintaining customer relationships, processing quotes and orders for customers, pursuing product and application knowledge, and prospecting for additional organic growth from existing customer base.
What You'll Do
