  • Experience in systems engineering functions including operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAT level II (Security + or equivalent). Experience performing system deployments (installation, integration/validation/verification), including travel to customer facilities.

  • Support critical subcontractor for development and transition of the product throughout the production, maintenance, and sustainment phase of the program

  • Serve as a primary technical interface with the subcontractor on Engineering issues and questions.

  • Act as a technical reviewer of CDRL/SDRLs for quality assessment.

  • Act as an advisor to inter-organizational management and customers on subcontractor's technical issues and challenges.

  • Support the Program Manager and Engineering Team to make well-structed decisions for program execution.

  • Prepare and present technical materials during major reviews such as Critical Design Review, System Verification Review, Test Readiness Review, and other program reviews as needed.

  • Track and report technical performance measurements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience, a Masters of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience or a PhD in STEM discipline with 4 years of experience

  • Experience leading technical teams

  • Experience with Inertial Sensors or Systems

  • Demonstrated great communication skills

Salary Range: $24,900.00 - 187,300.00

What You Will Do: ?

  • Facilitate requirements workshops and review with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.

  • Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
