KBR is seeking a Technical Lead to join our team. In this role you will be key personnel responsible for supporting the integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the enterprise and participate in the requirements process as directed by the Government. The Technical Lead will work across a variety of efforts to identify integration risks (e.g. technical schedule, or performance), opportunities for process improvements, and recommend best practices.
Responsibilities :
+ Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
+ Analyzes system requirements and provides support to design and development activities.
+ Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
+ Provides technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
+ Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts.
+ Communicate with other program personnel and government staff
Minimum Qualifications :
+ Ten (10) or more years' experience with technical or programmatic integration roles
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Demonstrated experience with technical project management
+ Experience providing recommendations to address issues and shortfalls in security, vulnerability, confidentiality, integrity, and availability
+ Experience providing systems engineering support to evaluate utility and demand for capabilities, systems, and services and suggest modifications
+ Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-use requirements gathering and curation activities for Information Technology (IT) systems and services
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leaders
+ Experience supporting the federal government or DoD
Desired Qualifications:
+ Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or its DoD equivalent or coursework
+ Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g. TOGAF)
+ Experience as a technical writer
Clearance : Active TS/SCI clearance is required
Basic Compensation:
$129,500 - $194,200
This range is for the Maryland area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**
Software Development
+ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET Core, Go, Kafka, APIs, MongoDB/SQL.
+ Adhere to defined coding standards and design principles.
+ Conduct unit testing using XUnit and participate in peer/architect code reviews.
+ Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
+ Ensure software meets performance, quality, and security standards.
+ Monitoring and Troubleshooting
+ Use tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring platforms to ensure system reliability.
+ Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues promptly.
+ Stakeholder Communication

+ Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ticket and Request Management
+ Respond to and resolve tickets and service requests using ServiceNow and JIRA.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 8-10 years of experience in software development.
+ Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API development, Kafka, XUnit, GitLab, JIRA, GoLang, and Postman.
+ Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
+ Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
