In this position, you will:
- Act as the primary contact and decision-maker for key product discovery and feature development, managing product backlogs and defining user stories for development.
- Collaborate with product managers and operations teams to translate product vision into actionable items that prioritize customer value.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, providing clear direction and real-time feedback to your team.
- Monitor the performance of features post-release, serving as the point of contact for inquiries and feedback, advocating for quality solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and customers to ensure the timely delivery of software features and resolution of issues.
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into product planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading business processes and system changes.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for a work visa.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven track record of influencing organizational decisions and demonstrating customer focus.
- Experience in agile methodologies and ownership of software product discovery.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification is a plus.
- Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or related fields.
