What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automation for FedRAMP Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) and reporting.
- Develop cloud-based solutions that summarize our security posture using Key Security Indicators (KSIs) across tools like Tenable, Wiz, and AWS Security Hub.
- Work with DevOps and Engineering to embed compliance into the CI/CD pipeline, automating checks and recording results in digital deployment cards.
- Leverage AI and scripting to reduce manual effort in recurring security tasks such as user access reviews, evidence collection for assessments, policy reviews and change management reviews.
- Contribute to data-driven compliance innovations including OSCAL file generation and data feeds
- Participate in FedRAMP working groups and community initiatives.

- 3+ years of experience in software development or scripting, with a focus on automation

Base Salary Compensation Range: $160,000-229,000

Create business process models within the process modeling methodology framework by analyzing a number of sources (SMEs, documentation and previous Visio/SIPOC maps). In addition, the Process Engineer will be expected to facilitate workshops, fact-finding interviews, project management activities, and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information into their process models.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Facilities Project Management Group in the development of Construction Management related Business Processes in Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP).
- Review Existing Business Processes and work with Managers and Directors of FPM group to identify the gaps that need CIP.
- Initiate Work Process Improvements and fully develop executable business processes.
- Develop detailed workflow using tools such as ARIS, Visio, Excel.
- Develop detailed work procedures that follow the workflow.
- Provide training on new Workflows and Procedures.
- Manage Business Process Revisions as needed.
- Review any new EHS and Operations Compliance Requirement and propose business process improvements if required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by employer and/or client.
- Assist with procedure questions.
- Translate new processes into formal work instructions.
- Perform training on new/updated procedures.
Requirements
- College Degree with 15+ years of industry experience or 20+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols
- Experience interfacing with members of various departments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Project Skills
- Experience in working with ARIS
