The Visual Merchandising Manager is the creative ambassador for visual merchandising, in-store. Visual Merchandising Managers have the power to impact the business daily, by understanding the Primark customer needs, shopping habits, fashion preferences, and reflecting the latest trend through excellent product presentations, window and mannequin styling.
Creativity is yours as you manage and oversee the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns, providing direction and inspiration to the visual merchandising team to deliver effective campaigns. As the leader, you will hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers. You will ensure your team is adhering to operating standards, maintain cost related to stock, and following Primark guidelines on POS and pricing for displays. The pay range for this role is: $60,840 - $82,160

Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests' (i.e., customers) experiences. The Visual Merchandising Specialist implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell-through strategies by managing merchandise changes as well as product display and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and adapted to the individual store need. They also deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

- Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
- Optimize guests' experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, product placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a world-class, guest-centric experience.
- Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell through.
- Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as company-driven product initiatives and campaigns, as directed.
- Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.

- Source and procure props, fixtures, and display materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
- Travel to store locations to provide on-site guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a strong focus on retail environments.
- Proven ability to create impactful and engaging visual displays.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and branding principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is required.
