Role Overview :

  • We are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Marketing Lead to build and scale Fastino’s marketing function from the ground up. As our first marketing hire, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, demand, and growth through a combination of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, paid acquisition, and brand-building events. This is a rare opportunity to define the voice, strategy, and growth engine of a cutting-edge AI company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across channels (paid, organic, social, content, email, and online / offline events)
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including performance marketing, SEO / SEM, and analytics to optimize for acquisition, conversion, and ROI
  • Manage and grow Fastino’s online presence, including website content, blog, social channels, and newsletters to communicate our brand and technical vision effectively
  • Design and run paid and influencer campaigns on channels like Google, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Reddit, and other developer / AI platforms to target key segments
  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and iterate quickly based on insights
  • Drive our event and conference strategy – owning planning, logistics, and execution for industry events, meetups, and speaking engagements to build visibility and community engagement
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to develop go-to-market materials, launch messaging, and technical content that resonates with developers and enterprise buyers
  • Establish Fastino’s positioning, brand, and tone of voice across all marketing materials to ensure consistency and impact
  • Source and manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed to expand capacity while keeping execution high quality and on brand

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of in-house marketing experience in high-growth companies (ideally B2B SaaS), with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing
  • Proven success owning and scaling full-funnel marketing programs – from strategy to hands-on execution
  • Deep experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, paid acquisition, social media, analytics platforms, and marketing automation
  • Strong content and brand instincts, with the ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives for both developer and enterprise audiences
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with setting KPIs, tracking performance, and iterating on campaign results
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or AI / ML products is a plus
