We're looking for a Director of Product Strategy to join our Individual Solutions product team. In this role, you'll build the ongoing vision and future strategy for three primary solutions supporting retirement plan participants with both education and advice services. These include onsite and virtual education, plus a concierge service for plan roll-ins of external 401(k) assets to the participant's current employer-sponsored retirement plan held with Principal. In addition, you will be accountable for our Distribution Consulting service, which has been designed for former participants experiencing a separation from their employer. This offer includes specific recommendations regarding the participant's retirement plan assets, including whether remaining in their retirement plan or rolling the assets over to an IRA account are in their best interest.
You will be accountable to complete discovery efforts with partners, develop a point-of-view on the best step forward, build detailed roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and tickets to drive execution and progress to goals within and across these services. **Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Working Conditions

This person will have an extensive background in managing a team focused on developing emails, SMS, and Push communications, pushing content live using the known SaaS technologies, as well as significant time working with engineers, designers, writers and HTML coders to implement said technologies. **Key Responsibilities will include:**
+ Manage a team of up to 5 developers working in the RedPoint CDP environment.
